Ingredients:
soup and broth mix
2 stock cubes
1 liter boiling water
Vegetarian sauce
Paprika
Soak the broth mix in cold water over night or to the instructions on the packet, wash it cold water and put into large sauce pan.
Make up 1 liter of stock by boiling the water and adding the two stock cubes, allow to dissolve and stir. Add to soaked broth mix and bring to boil.
Simmer for about 30 minutes. A
dd the paprika and vegetarian sauce to taste just before removing from the heat.
Serve up in a bowl as is and mop up with fresh wholemeal bread if you like.
